A great snack full of goodness Ingredients:
3 red peppers |
1 pack of seafood & eat it brown crab |
1 teaspoon of capers |
a handful of basil |
1 gherkin |
1 tin of cannellini beans |
Directions:
1. Blitz 1 red pepper with the crab, gherkin, capers, basil and lemon juice until you have reached an even texture 2. Roughly mash the beans and mix with the crab mixture 3. Stuff the mix into the 2 peppers and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes |
