Ingredients:
20 large mushrooms |
italian dressing |
8 ounces crabmeat, well picked |
3/4 cup fresh breadcrumb |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup onion, minced |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Marinate mushrooms in Italian dressing; drain. 2. Combine crabmeat, a half-cup of breadcrumbs, eggs, mayonnaise, onion and lemon juice. 3. Fill mushrooms. 4. Top with remaining breadcrumbs; bake at 375 for 15 minutes. 5. Yields 20 appetizers or 4 main course servings. |
