I came up with this recipe after trying to replicate some stuffed mushrooms I had at a restaurant. Warm, cheesy, delicious! Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese, softened |
4 tsp sour cream |
1 tsp dijon mustard |
2 cloves garlic, grated or minced |
4 tsp finely chopped onions |
4 tbsp canned flaked crab meat |
1/2 tsp salt and pepper |
1 drops jalapeno hot sauce (optional) |
12-15 large mushrooms, stem removed |
Directions:
1. Stir all ingredients together until well mixed. 2. Stuff mushrooms with about 1 1/2 tsp filling (or however much you like). 3. Place on a baking sheet and put under the broiler for about 3-5 minutes (keep a close eye!) |
