mushrooms stuffed with a crab meat mixture with loads of cheeze Ingredients:
1 large container of mushrooms, capped & washed |
1 stick melted butter |
1/2 lb imitation crab meat, chopped fine |
1/2 c bread crumbs |
4 oz softened cream cheeze |
1/2 t. garlic powder |
2 t mayo |
1 cup parmesan cheeze |
1 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheeze |
Directions:
1. melt better in 9x13 pan. Mix all incredients together well & stuff mushrooms.Place mushrooms in pan.Top with additional mozzarella cheeze and bake at 375 for approx. 30 mins.
