16 mushrooms, just the caps |
2 ounces white crabmeat |
2 tablespoon celery, minced |
2 tablespoon red pepper, minced |
21 grams laughing cow light cheese (one wedge, any flavor) |
1 tablespoon sour cream, reduced fat |
1 tablespoon cream cheese, reduced fat |
Directions:
1. wipe mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel and then dry them. 2. place with the rounded sides down on a baking dish sprayed lightly with nonstick spray. 3. combine all other ingredients and stir until well mixed. evenly distribute crab mixture among the mushroom caps. 4. place in the oven for 10 - 12 mins at 375. |
