James and I had these at a Chinese restaurant. They were really good. Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese |
1/4 cup crabmeat |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
20 mixed mushrooms |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 teaspoon milk |
1 teaspoon honey |
Directions:
1. Cream the cream cheese and crabmeat. 2. Add sugar; add the garlic powder. 3. Whip until smooth. 4. Just use mushroom caps; stuff with cream cheese mixture. 5. Place caps in a cake pan. 6. Melt butter, milk, and honey; brush mushrooms with mixture. 7. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until mushroom caps are juicy and soft. |
