Healthy version, no fat Ingredients:
1/4 cup fat free sour cream |
1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
6 ounces crab |
1/4 cup red onion, minced |
15 mushrooms |
fat-free italian salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Marinate mushrooms in Italian dressing for at least 12 hours. 2. Mix sour cream, Egg Beaters, onion and crab. 3. Pour mixture into mushrooms. 4. heat in oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. |
