I made these as an appetizer for Thanksgiving. It's just a more simple variation of the other recipes on the site. Everyone really enjoyed them! Ingredients:
16 ounces mushrooms |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1/2 cup green onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 cup mozzarella cheese |
12 ounces crabmeat |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine mushroom stems, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, mozzarella cheese and crab into a food processor. Mix well, until no large chunks of crab are left. 3. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. About 1 tbsp each, depending on the size of your mushrooms. 4. Top each with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. 5. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for roughly 15 minutes. 6. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving. 7. Enjoy! |
