A nice change from deviled eggs. Ingredients:
12 hard-boiled eggs |
1 (8 ounce) can crabmeat, flaked |
1 cup finely chopped celery |
2 tablespoons finely chopped green peppers |
1 tablespoon thousand island dressing |
1/3 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and mash. 2. Combine yolks, crabmeat, celery, green pepper, salad dressing and sour cream, blending well. 3. Spoon into egg whites; chill until serving time. |
