These eggs look nice, taste nice. Quick to make and they usually disappear quick too. Ingredients:
8 hard-boiled eggs |
4 -6 ounces crabmeat or 4 -6 ounces surimi |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
1 teaspoon tomato paste |
tabasco sauce |
salt and pepper |
16 shrimp |
fresh dill sprig |
Directions:
1. Chop up the crab meat. 2. Peel and half the eggs, remove the yolks, mix the yolks with the sour cream, tomato paste, and tabasco. 3. Add salt and pepper to taste, then fold in the crab meat. 4. Stuff the eggs with this mixture, garnish with the shrimp and some dill. |
