Crab Stuffed Deviled Eggs |

Ingredients:
12 hard cooked eggs |
1 can crabmeat, drained or 1 cup chopped crabmeat (i use the fake stuff) |
2/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup finely chopped celery |
1/2 cup chopped slivered almonds |
2 tbsp finely chopped green pepper |
1/2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. slice eggs in half lengthwise. remove yolks and set whites aside. In a bowl, mash yolks. stir in crab, mayo, celery, almonds, pepper and salt. Stuff into whites. 2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 3. Yields 2 dozen |
