A nice breakfast or brunch dish. Can be made the night before. Rich and cheesy!
Ingredients:
4 cups cubed firm textured bread
12 oz crabmeat
4 cups shredder swiss cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup capers
3 green onions
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/3 cups milk
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grease a 2 quart baking dish
3. Toss together first six ingredients in the baking dish
4. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over bread mixture
5. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 2 hours but not more than 24 hours
6. If you refrigerate for 24 hours, remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking
7. Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
8. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
