This is a very simple, and inexpensive crab, cream cheese and sour cream dip. You can make this dip the night before and serve it the next day. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream |
8 ounces imitation crabmeat, flaked |
1/4 one lemon, juiced |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, crab meat, lemon juice and garlic salt. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. |
