This came from our local newspaper. It's easy to whip up and super tasty. Ingredients:
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1/4 green pepper, chopped |
3 ounces green olives, chopped |
1/2 cup celery |
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped |
1 cup shrimp |
1 cup crab |
2 tablespoons cream |
4 tablespoons vinegar |
1 cup mayonnaise |
chow mein noodles (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine the first seven ingredients. Mix together cream, vinegar and mayonnaise, then add to the previous mixture. Let refrigerate for 2 hours. Pour over chow mein noodles (optional) and mix together. Serve on lettuce leaf with garnish. |
