This is a very easy creamy soup that takes no time to throw together but yet taste like you've spent lots of time on it. Ingredients:
2 cans cream of celery soup |
2 cans cream of mushroom soup |
2 cans cream of potato |
1 can of water |
2 cans artichokes, drained, quartered |
2 pints half and half |
2 sticks of butter |
2 bunches of green onions, chopped |
1 pound shrimp |
1 pound of lump crab meat |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and saute green onions 2. Add soups, and one can of water 3. Add Half and Half 4. Add Artichokes 5. Season to taste bring to boil then lower to a medium heat 6. Add shrimp and crab 7. Cook until shrimp are ready |
