This taste of Maine breakfast puts a whole new twist on breakfast casseroles. This is definitely a crowd pleaser! Ingredients:
14 eggs |
1 1/2 large pkg. cream cheese (cubed) |
2 cans lump crab meat |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1 tbsp. chopped dill to sprinkle over the top |
1/4 lb. butter (1 1/2 sticks) |
Directions:
1. Beat together Eggs, Milk, Salt & Pepper 2. Add Cubed Cream Cheese & Drained Crab Meat, set aside 3. Melt Butter & pour into casserole dish 4. Slowly pour egg mixture into dish 5. Sprinkle Chopped dill over top 6. Bake at 350 Degrees for 1/2 hour 7. This Casserole can be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated over night. |
