CRAB SCRAMBLE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Stinson Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1992 Ingredients:
1/4 pound butter |
9 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
8 ounce package cream cheese cubed |
1 can crabmeat |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh baby dill |
Directions:
1. Melt 1/4 pound butter in rectangular baking pan. 2. Mix all ingredients except dill together and pour into pan with butter. 3. Sprinkle dill over then bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |
