From my collection of handwritten recipes. Ingredients:
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can crabmeat, drained |
1/4 cup butter |
1 teaspoon minced shallot |
1 teaspoon minced fresh dill |
1 teaspoon minced watercress |
2 pieces freshly made toast |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter. Warm shallots until transparent. Add crab meat. Stir until heated through. Add dill and water cress. Stir and serve on toast. |
