Lower calorie and ower fat recipe for crab salad. Ingredients:
1 lb imitation crabmeat |
4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese |
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream |
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise |
1 lemon |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, mayonaise and sour cream. 2. Cut your lemon in half and squeeze the juice from it into the cream cheese mixture. Mix well. 3. Flake, cut or snip crab meat and add it to your cream cheese mixture. Mix well. 4. Serve on bakery fresh deli rolls with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh spinach, sliced onion and provolone cheese. |
