This is something my mom has made for years, and something that I am in love with. I hope you enjoy it as much as I and my family does. Ingredients:
4 english muffins, halved |
1 lb crab salad |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Spread the crab salad over each english muffin half and top with shredded cheddar cheese. 2. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese starts to bubble. |
