Great for summer when it's hot and you don't want to heat up your house cooking! From Cooking Light, but I changed it up a little. Ingredients:
5 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/4 cup chopped celery |
3 tablespoons onions |
2 tablespoons greek yogurt |
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped dill |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 lb imitation crabmeat, cut into pieces (could use real crab or lobster or shrimp) |
8 buns |
butter lettuce |
melted butter |
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients, add crab, mix well. 2. Brush butter on both sides of toasted buns. 3. Line buns with lettuce, serve, enjoy! |
