Quick and easy crab rangoon recipe. Don't even know where I got it. Have been making for years. Great at parties
Ingredients:
1lb. wonton wrappers
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz crabmeat
1/4to1/2 tsp.cayenne pepper,or red pepper flakes
2-3tbs. water
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except wonton wrappers. Place 1/2 to 1tsp crab mixture in corner of wonton and roll up on diagonal. Moisten tips of wonton wrappers with water to seal
2. Place seam side down in 11/2 to 2 of hot oil and fry on one side till golden.Turn over and fry on other side till golden.
3. Remove from oil and grain. serve with duck sauce if desired.
