Yummers. Ingredients:
pastry for one crust pie |
1 cup lump crab meat |
4 ounces swiss cheese shredded |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
3 eggs |
2/3 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper |
1 tablespoon fresh dill weed |
Directions:
1. Line pie plate with crust. 2. Fill with crab, cheese and dill. 3. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over filling. 4. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. |
