This crab quiche is one my family favorites because it tastes more complex than it really is. It's also not very expensive to make because you only need 8 ounces of crabmeat. It's one of my favorites because you can serve it hot or at room temperature and you look like a kitchen diva. Ingredients:
8 ounces crabmeat (fresh or from flavor pouches), drain excess liquid |
1/2 cup half & half |
1/4 cup sliced green onion |
1 (10 3/4-oz) can cream of chicken soup |
4 large eggs |
2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
1 (9-in) deep dish pie shell, thawed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell. 3. Bake for 1 hour. 4. Cool for 20 minutes so the quiche can set up. |
