I've tried lots of quiche but these are the only ones I'll eat now, and I dont even like crab!!! Ingredients:
3/4 cup crabmeat |
1/4 cup green onion |
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/3 cup milk |
2 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon dill weed (optional) |
24 prepared tart shells |
Directions:
1. Fill tart shells 1/3 way up with first three ingredients. 2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in blender. 3. Pour over tart shells. 4. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |
