This is one of my mom's old recipes. We both love it. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup milk |
12 -16 ounces lump crabmeat, flaked and picked over |
1/3 cup chopped green onion |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 cups shredded swiss cheese |
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. 2. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. 3. Spoon into the pastry shell. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tests done. 5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
