I'm not sure where I got this from, but I have been making it for a few years. My family and friends love them and always request them at parties. Ingredients:
1 package wonton skins |
8 ounces cream cheese |
7 1/2 ounces crabmeat |
2 teaspoons breadcrumbs |
2 drops sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except wanton skins. 2. Fill wanton squares with 1 teaspoon of mixture. 3. Fold over making triangles. 4. Moisten to seal the edges. 5. Use water or egg. 6. Fry in oil for 3 minutes or until browned and puffed. 7. Turn once. 8. Serve with Chinese Mustard. |
