Found on a hand written scrap of paper in my Mom's recipe tin. Ingredients:
36 pea pods |
1/2 lb crab |
6 scallions |
1/2 teaspoon celery salt |
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Cut ends off & string pea pods. Slit & put in ice water. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Drain pea pods. Stuff with mixture. 2. Refrigerate & serve. |
