Very easy and very tasty! Wonderful for a quick brunch dish or a light dinner along with a salad. We like to serve it very simply, with sliced tomatoes sprinkled with Salad Supreme on the side. This recipe was given to me by a friend many years ago. Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 cup sour cream |
1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat |
1 cup swiss cheese, grated |
1 (6 ounce) can french fried onion rings, french's brand is good |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and pour into an unbaked deep dish pie shell. Bake at 350 F for one hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
