This old Southern favorite is served in a chafing dish with crackers. Ingredients:
1 cup butter (not margarine) |
32 ounces cream cheese (4 8oz pkgs.) |
2 lbs lump crabmeat |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and cream cheese in top of double boiler. 2. Fold in crabmeat. 3. Serve in chafing dish. |
