Crab Meat And Brie Fondue

Cheesey,crabby,creamy fondue. Great for an appetizer. From the Melting Pot Restaurant
Ingredients:
1/4c(1/2 stick) unsalted butter
1/2c finely chopped shallots
2c heavy cream
2c cubed brie cheese
2tsp kosher salt
1tsp fresh ground black pepper
1lb. lump crabmeat,shells removed,meat flaked
2tbs chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Heat butter in lg. skillet over med heat. Add the shallots and saute 1 min. or till shallots are translucent. Add the cream and bring to simmer.
2. Whisk the Brie cheese into the cream mixture.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the crab meat. Cook for 3-5 mins. or till mixture is slightly reduced. Pour into a warm fondue pot and keep warm over low heat. Garnish with parsley.
