Crab Mango And Avocado Salad

This is a delicious salad I made for the first time last night. My boys LOVED it! We substituted grilled chicken for the crab and it had amazing flavor! My husband asked me to make it again! This is a keeper (:
Ingredients:
1 orange
1 lime
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat
1 mango, peeled and sliced
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
1 bag romaine lettuce
20 tortilla chips with lime
Directions:
1. To make the dressing, combine 3 Tbsp orange juice, 1 tsp orange zest, 1 Tbsp lime juice, honey and olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut red onion into paper thin slices. Add to dressing to let marinate for about 15 minutes.
3. Carefully pick over crab meat looking for any shells. Combine with avocado and mango in a large bowl. Add dressing and onion to bowl and gently toss. Serve in shallow bowls over a mound of lettuce with crumbled tortilla chips on top.
