This is a recipe that I devised many years ago using several different recipes. It can be served as a main meal or used to stuff mushrooms as an appetizer Ingredients:
1 pound crabmeat |
1 green bell pepper, chopped |
1 tablespoon chopped pimento peppers |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder |
1 dash hot pepper sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a medium bowl, combine the crabmeat, bell pepper, pimento, mayonnaise, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard powder and red pepper sauce. Mix well and spoon into a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes. |
