Very delightful appetizer or could even be eaten as a main dish alongside a nice salad. Very pretty and very tasty. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 cup softened butter |
8 ounces cream cheese |
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons grated onion |
1 teaspoon horseradish |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
6 ounce package shredded crabmeat |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and cream cheese. 2. Mix in flour then wrap in plastic wrap and chill for several hours. 3. When ready to use let soften and roll out into 1/4 thickness. 4. Press into pastry cups and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. 5. Combine onion, horseradish, lemon juice and crabmeat and press into pastry cups and return to oven for 10 minutes longer. |
