1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup chicken broth |
1/4 cup sake (rice wine) or 1/4 cup sherry wine |
1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger |
1/2 teaspoon garlic and red chile paste |
Directions:
