12 ounce(s) fresh or canned crab, flaked |
2 clove(s) garlic, minced |
3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1 pinch(s) salt & pepper |
1/4 cup(s) shallots or green onion |
3 tablespoon(s) white wine |
1 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. whip cream cheese, garlic, wine, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire together until well blended 2. stir in crab meat, onions, salt & pepper 3. refrigerate 1 hour before serving - serve with assorted crackers and toasts |
