A great party dip Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese |
1 c mayo |
1 clove garlic, minced |
14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1 1/2 c imitation crab, chopped |
3/4 c parmesean cheese, grated |
1/3 c sliced green onions |
1 tsp lemon zest |
1/8 tsp pepper |
1/3 c red pepper, chopped |
sliced green onions |
melba toast, toasted bagel chips, or pita chips |
Directions:
1. Mix all together except for the last three ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Top with the red pepper, green onions, and serve with toasts. |
