A great dip for those of us that have to use canned crab. I would use fresh if available. Ingredients:
16 oz cream cheese |
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish |
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce |
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce |
2 6 oz. cans crab meat, cartilage removed |
1 medium onion, finely chopped |
1 tbsp. dry bread crumbs |
1/8 tsp. paprika |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix first 6 ingredients well. 3. Place in shallow pan. (Use your best guess. I copied this by hand from a hand written recipe). 4. Mix dry bread crumbs and paprika. Sprinkle over top. 5. Bake 30-35 minutes until bubbly. 6. Serve with crackers. |
