A simple basic crab dip recipe that can be varied by adding seasoning as per your taste. Ingredients:
8 ounces light sour cream |
1/2 cup light mayonnaise |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/2 cup colby-monterey jack cheese, grated |
6 ounces crabmeat, drained |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Recommended seasonings are Tabasco (1/8 oz.), Paprika, ground red pepper, and a dash of Old Bay seasoning. 3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. |
