This is a lighter version of a popular appetizer. Ingredients:
1 cup cooked crabmeat or 1 cup surimi |
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise or 1/2 cup salad dressing |
1/2 cup light sour cream |
1 teaspoon dried dill |
2 teaspoons finely chopped onions or 2 teaspoons green onions |
1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
1 dash tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. 2. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. |
