8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup milk |
1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked |
1/4 cup green onion, sliced |
1/4 cup sweet red pepper, minced |
2 tablespoons celery, small dice |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients. 3. Chill. 4. Serve with assorted crackers. |
