Crab Cucumber Canapes

This light and easy to make appetizer is crowd favourite at my house. Hope you like this.
Ingredients:
1 long english cucumber
1 120 g of crabmeat, drained
1/4 c low free sour cream
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
2 tbsp clives, chopped
1 tbsp cilantros, chopped
extra cilantro leaves for garnishing
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
paprika
Directions:
1. Cut cucumbers in 1/4 slices. Pat dry with paper towel.
2. In a bowl, mix crabmeat, sour cream, lemon juice, green onions, chives and cilantros.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Place a small spoonful onto of the cucumber.
5. Sprinkle with paprika and top with a cilantro leaf.
6. Chill and serve.
