This light and easy to make appetizer is crowd favourite at my house. Hope you like this. Ingredients:
1 long english cucumber |
1 120 g of crabmeat, drained |
1/4 c low free sour cream |
2 tbsp green onions, chopped |
2 tbsp clives, chopped |
1 tbsp cilantros, chopped |
extra cilantro leaves for garnishing |
1 tsp lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Cut cucumbers in 1/4 slices. Pat dry with paper towel. 2. In a bowl, mix crabmeat, sour cream, lemon juice, green onions, chives and cilantros. 3. Salt and pepper to taste. 4. Place a small spoonful onto of the cucumber. 5. Sprinkle with paprika and top with a cilantro leaf. 6. Chill and serve. |
