These are the first appetizers gone when my husband hosts his yearly hockey draft and I provide the snacks. Even though I make them wings and meat balls and bean dip (you know men and bean dip!) in addition to these, these are always the first to disappear! Read more ! Ingredients:
1/2 dozen english muffins |
1/2 cup cheese whiz |
1 tbsp. mayo |
1 tin crab meat |
garlic salt to taste |
dash of ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix together crab meat, cheese, mayo, garlic and pepper. Butter the muffins. Spread the crab mixture on. The muffins. If you wish to freeze them, this is the time to do so. Otherwise, cut up each muffin half into 4 wedges. Cook at 375 F until muffins are toasted and cheese is slightly bubbly. Makes 48 appetizers. |
