12 oz white crab meat |
1 egg |
1/4 cup italian style breadcrumbs |
1 tablespoon parsley flakes, crushed |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
6 green onions |
1 tspn olive oil |
1/8 tspn cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, form 8 patties, bake at 400 degrees about 15 minutes. |
