Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs |
1 teaspoon(s) mayonnaise |
1 egg |
hot sauce |
cayenne pepper |
parsley |
old bay seasoning |
worcestershire sauce |
mustard |
lemon juice |
garlic |
8 ounce(s) crab meat |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients except the crab meat. Fold the drained crab meat in gently. Make into two patties and refrigerate at least 1 hour. 2. Heat about 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat and then brown cakes on each side. |
