PUTS A TASTE ON CRAB MEAT. Ingredients:
1lb. fresh crab meat |
1 1/2 c. italian bread crumbs |
1 egg |
1 1/4 . real mayonnaise |
1 tsp. seafood seasoning |
2tsp. worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Carefully remove all cartilage from crab meat. In a bowl mix together egg, mayo, seafood seasoning and worcestershire sauce.Add bread crumbs to crab meat.Taste the sauce (Add seasoning of your choiceuntil satisfied with taste.) Add to crabmeat and bread crumbs. Mix evenly and gently . shape into six cakes(burger size). Saute in frying pan . Brown both sides. |
