I know there's lots of crabcake recipes on here, but I'm a crabcake lover and had to share this good recipe from my friend. Ingredients:
1 pound crabmeat |
1 tbsp mayonaisse |
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce |
1 tbsp mustard |
1 tbsp old bay seasoning |
1 tsp salt |
1 egg, beat well |
1/8 tsp oregano |
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper |
2 slices of bread, finely grated |
6 crab or clam shells |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except shells together well,. 2. Spray crab or clam shells with cooking spray. 3. Spoon mixture into shells. 4. Option: sprinkle with grated cheese or paprika or both. 5. Bake in 450 oven until just brown, about 5 to 10 minutes. |
