Very crabby crabcakes. Often add some finely chopped celery. I eat them broiled and also fry them for the family. Ingredients:
4 cups crabmeat |
3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1/2 cups egg beaters |
2 tbsp mayonnaise |
1 tsp lemon juice |
Directions:
1. mix gently. 2. form 1/3 cup cakes, 3. dip in bread crumbs, 4. allow to sit 15 min if possible 5. either spray with Pam and broil or 6. fry 4 min each side in 1/4 inch of hot oil |
