Best to me so far! Awesome with Hollindaise sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
4 large eggs, beaten
6 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
2 lbs crabmeat
2 cups breadcrumbs
1/3 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Wish butter, eggs, sr cream, parsley, lemon juice, Wrchst sauce, paprika, salt, cayenne, and stir in crab meat and bread crumbs. Form 1/2 cup measures 3/4 inch think and place cakes on baking sheet. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Cover and chill 1hr to overnight. Heat oil in skillit and fry 2-4 min each side.
