Best to me so far! Awesome with Hollindaise sauce Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled |
4 large eggs, beaten |
6 tablespoons sour cream |
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne |
2 lbs crabmeat |
2 cups breadcrumbs |
1/3 cup cornmeal |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Wish butter, eggs, sr cream, parsley, lemon juice, Wrchst sauce, paprika, salt, cayenne, and stir in crab meat and bread crumbs. Form 1/2 cup measures 3/4 inch think and place cakes on baking sheet. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Cover and chill 1hr to overnight. Heat oil in skillit and fry 2-4 min each side. |
