Quick, easy, yummy! What can I say!! Ingredients:
1 lb crabmeat |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 egg, beaten |
1/4 cup cracker meal |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 pinch cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and form into 4 small cakes. 2. Sautee in butter til just starting to turn golden. 3. Serve hot. Use a sauce of your choice. |
